Here’s how you make this:
    • Ingredients

      • ½ teaspoon of sea salt or Kauri red salt
      • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
      • ¼ teaspoon of paprika
      • 4 tomato slices
      • 1 tablespoon of oil

      • 4 tablespoons of tartar sauce
      • 4 onion slices
      • A dash of cayenne pepper is optional
    • Preparation
      • Rinse fish fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper. Mix paprika, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of each fillet.
      • In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the fish fillets when hot. Cook each fillet on both sides for 3 minutes until the edges are crispy and brown, using a spatula to gently turn each one.
      • While they are cooking, layout each bun and spread both tops and bottoms with tartar sauce. Next, add a tomato slice, an onion slice, and lettuce leaves.
      • Once each fish fillet is cooked through, add each one to the buns and serve!
